I Love Fairy Floss. Where else would i find the best ? Disneyland Hong Kong!! Where we all become little kids again...... sweeet sweeet sugar...

Enough Kidding Around, back to the real food...

Journeying to the Po Lin Monastery to see the Tian Tan (Big Buddha), We chanced upon a yummy crepe house, called Sweet Paradise on the walk back to the Gondola.

Mango, Strawberry & Chocolate Crepe with Whipped Cream

 Not All Crepe Houses in Asia are good, I have had a few bad ones, but for the most part, they are all delicious!

Now the BEST YUM CHA in Hong Kong is at City Hall (Hong Kong Island), and it is called MAXIM'S PALACE. Now I am talking you will have to wait at least 20 minutes + for a seat, but it is well worth it.

 Now MACAU, has the best Portuguese Egg Custard Tarts, we first had them in the old town on Rua da Felicidade( be warned they will sell out), But if you see them in the Casino's they are the same and just as fresh and yummy.

  You can't go to Hong Kong and not go to THE PEAK, on Hong Kong Island. Great Views, food is OK - we dined at the American Classic, BUBBA GUMP SHRIMP Co. Where we had a selection of deep fried seafood, it was very expensive for the average food but the view was worth it.
