There is only one, 10 Course Set menu you can have, and it is worth having. This restaurant was rated the best in the world and I can see why. Everything on the menu was AMAZING.
The menu changes regularly.
The Decor was also amazing, and surrounded by a Japanese Garden. Just Beautiful.

Signature Dish - Confit Ocean Trout

Sashimi Salad

I was a little disappointed after waiting for 3 months just to get a reservation during the week, let alone there is a 6 month wait for the weekends.... (crazy) I mean the food was good, but after such a wait I was expected to be WOWED and the consistency in heaviness of flavors between the 3 of us dining, was very obvious. We had the Quay Tasting Menu at a whooping $225 pp!!

Mud Crab Congee - Very Nice
Beetroot Salad - Didnt Like

Red Claw Yabbies - Very Nice

Roast Goose - Ok

Pig Cheek - Mine was heavily over smoked, one was perfect and the other was in between the two.

Veal with Black Chocolate Pudding - Ok

Citrus & Almonds - Nice

Guava Snow Egg
The Snow Egg is a Masterpiece of the menu, and the view was great, however the overall meal was not what I expected.

Another Restaurant we go back to on a regular basis, its just amazing. More of a homely feel than a fine dining restaurant, yet the quality of food and the pairing of flavors is what brings us back night after night!
The menu is a little bit different here, they do small plates (entree size) and then large share plates for 2 or more people.

Stand Out Dish -- Tataki Tuna

Selection of Fresh Oysters, Asahi Beer Battered Oysters & Tempura Oysters

Amazing Panni Bread with Warm Olive Oil & Salted Butter

Seafood Stew with Bugs, Prawns, Scallops & More
We have also eaten, the roast organic chicken (amazing so juicy), Slow cooked Lamb (very rich) and the Scallops (very nice)

Once again, a venue with a great view of the Sydney Harbor Bridge and good but not great food. Defiantly not worth the $195 pp price tag for the Degustation.

We where very impressed with the quality of food from this inner city hotel, the standout dish for the night was the Passion-fruit Souffle, I died and went to heaven. It makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
We dined on the Four Course Chef's Menu $150 pp
Moreton bay bug, wombok, coconut, ginger, chilli, kaffir lime, coriander was just amazing as was the Scallops

The 'To Die For' Passionfruit Souffle

We have been to this restaurant 3 times now, and I am yet to be disappointed with the food, (service could be a little more prompt) and the views during the day are amazing. Looking straight out on to the Surfers Paradise Beach.

Do not even bothering going to try out this restaurant, the service is the WORST I have ever seen. I have been to some posh places but the Snobbishness and Rudeness of the serving staff here was DISGRACEFUL.

We came here for my birthday and yes my steak was tasty, but my meal was the only one that was liked by the entire table of 8 people, and extremely OVER-PRICED.

Needless to say, not one of us will be ever dining there again, even for free.

We Had heard great things about this multi-million dollar restaurant, however we where left wanting more. Yes the decor is great and the food nice, but just not worth the such highly rated praises it had been receiving and very expensive.
Gooralie Pork Cutlet

Souffle

The Only Highlight for the night - The Chocolate Pear

Great Cocktails Thou!

These Teas where VERY AMAZING!
