We came for Lunch to Aria, after months of trying to make it to Brisbane! We had the Seasonal Tasting Menu which featured 7 tantalizing courses and the view was perfect.
We where lucky that they were rather quiet for lunch and allowed us to have Seared Scallops instead of the Artichoke Salad (which I would not have eaten anyway), however they firmly stated it was a once off, nonetheless, impressed that they could accommodate :)
Smoked Ocean Trout - Perfect

Seared Scallops - amazing!

Tiger Prawn with Buttermilk & Caviar Sauce - so so very yum

Peking Duck Consomme with Duck Dumplings - amazing

Pork Belly with Green Tomato & Jalapeno Salad - yum

Beef Fillet with Braised Beef Cheeks - Rich and Hearty

Pre- Dessert, So Amazing, Vanilla & Date concoction

Panna Cotta with Rhubarb & Strawberry Sorbet

Will Happily Visit again! However do not park underneath during the day, they do not validate parking tickets (ridiculous as we spent over $300 on lunch and still had to pay $75 for parking ?! ) Not impressed about that, but everything else was amazing, highly recommend!
